Hard cover published by Univ. of California Press in 2004. Black covers with gilt lettering on front and spine. Back cover has some scuffing and scratches. Top of spine has some fading and slight wrinkling. Bottom of spine has some rubbing. Front endpaper has a gift inscription in upper corner. Also included is a program from a Gold Medal Award dinner honoring Salgado in New York City in 2005. Book is in very good minus condition. Dust jacket has some edge wear and some creasing along top edges, a tear at bottom of spine and at bottom front corner, and has some scuffing. DJ is in good condition. Square 11 inches, 140 pages, 2.8 lb.; Volume 3; 11.3 X 11.1 X 0.8 inches; 140 pages; Signed by Author .
