Victor Gollancz, London., 1928. First edition. Octavo. 287 pages. The dustwrapper design by E. McKnight Kauffer, done at the height of his powers, is printed in purple and blue-grey and is of two figures in a rowing boat and with striking Kaufferesque lettering for the title.Edges spotted. Head and tail of spine slightly faded. Very good in good, rubbed dustwrapper darkened at the spine and chipped at head and tail of spine.
