A public letter to Mr. Thomas Kilmartin, the Coroner of Santa Clara County [in California] making the case that Saint Patrick was not born in Scotland. Green cloth boards, beige cloth spine lettered in red, untrimmed right and bottom page edges, text letterpress-printed on handmade paper, title page and page numbers in red, letter starts with illustrated cut (initials HMD). Original unprinted plain brown dust wrapper. One from an edition of 200 copies, with the copy number spelled on limitation page and signature of author at end of letter - both in red pencil. ; 9" x 13"; 25 pp; The author was a Santa Clara County judge; an archive of his papers is held at Stanford University. ; Signed by Author; Binding a bit cocked, otherwise little wear. Dust jacket with wear at spine including a small lacking piece at top. .
