London: Hodder and Stoughton Ltd., 1974. [Crime Fiction] FIRST HARDBACK EDITION. Octavo (22 x 14cm), pp.416. Orange cloth hardcovers lettered in gilt to the spine, illustrated dust-jacket. Edges slightly toned/dusty else near fine, in similar price-clipped jacket, with some light rubs/edgewear, one crease to front flap and one small tear to rear. Effectively the third Saint omnibus, this is advertised as a 'six vintage stories which have not appeared before in either the first (1939) or second Saint Omnibus (1952)'. No U.S. equivalent was published. not to be confused with the British book Club edition, which appeared five years later.
