New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1935. First American edition from English sheets. Hardcover. Good +/good +. Duodecimo (5" x 7.5"), red cloth, gilt and decorated iin blind. 255pp. with index and bibliography. Illustrated primarily by photographs. Very good or better in like jacket. Jacket has some chipping, particularly at the bottom edge and some dampstaining on the back panel which shows faintly on the back board. A title of "The sportsman's Library" A complete library for the sportsman and athlete. Menzies was inspector of the Salmon fisheries in Scotland and an accomplished fisherman and writer.
