Card covers with brown translucent overlay to front cover. Condition: Good, with general light shelfwear. Unpaginated, approx. 22 pages including b/w printed plans and elevations. This is the third report, outlining the Company's instructions to the Architect with the schedule of the accommodation required including a comparison of the proposed areas, together with a description of the construction and services with drawings to illustrate the general principles of the design in its fifth revision, Scheme F..
