Leipzig: Johann Gottfried Dyck, 1761. Sixth Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. H. C. Keller. 8vo - over 7¾. 4 parts in 3 volumes and complete of Rabener's Satires, a format then in vogue and influenced by Juvenal and other Classic authors. Set includes several copper engraved plates in each volume, generally meant to be amusing, along with title illustration. Bound in attractive full calf with gilt decoration around perimeter of boards and five raised bands on spine. Spines are a bit dry; leather healthy on boards. Some shelfwear and rubbing along edges and along gutters. Some scattered soilage to pages, yet overall tight and generally clean interiors.
