Handsomely bound in contemporary full calf, the back tooled in gilt and blind tooled, the covers with two rows of tooling in blind bordered by gilt rule, marbled end apers and edges, with the small period bookplate of Hobart which features a cow. The small ticket of Serre, Rue St. Jacques, Paris top corner front end page. Very Good Plus, light rubbing to calf at edges. Text in Latin and French. . Second Edition. Calf. Very Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
