Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Many pages have a 1/4" to 1" tear at the bottom edge. One page detached and laid-in. Pages are mostly very clean, just a handful have light finger smudges. A 1958 to 1959 printing based on tittle list on back cover showing only the first two beginning reader titles. ; 11.2 X 8.2 X 0.5 inches; 64 pages .
