New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1972. Cloth. Very Good +/Very Good +. AN EARNEST, FULL-PAGE INSCRIPTION BY THE AUTHOR ALAN ADELSON opposite the title page. A solid copy to boot of the 1972 1st edition. Clean and VG+ to Near Fine (light wear to the lower-tips) in a crisp, VG+ dustjacket, with a couple of small closed tears along the front panel's top-edge and very light soiling to the rear panel. Thick octavo, a thoroughly-researched, "intimate portrait of the Students for a Democratic Society, the country's most famous radical organization, the group that has brought about a rebirth of white radicalism in the United States". (from the front flap).
