London: Thomas Nelson, 1908. West-country swashbuckling in the time of Drake and Raleigh. ND so presumed First Edition. Illustrated red/brown covers with gilt lettering on spine and upper front board, 320pp with colour frontis (tissue-guarded) and pale-green endpapers. Covers have wear and bumping to extrems, small mark from removal of sticker on ffep and splended copperplate gift inscription on ffep verso, dated 1918. Prelims foxed as are dusty page edges. But still a decent, attractive copy. Ref:093341. First Edition (?). Illustrated Boards. G-/N/a. 13x19cm.
