Raised bands. All edges gilt. Dark blue silk moire endpapers matching bound-in ribbon. Fly leaf signed by Theodore H. White and protected with a tissue-guard. Frontispiece. Title-page in dark blue and black lettering. "In Search of History", by Theodore H. White is an excellent and well written book chronicling not only the life of this astounding reporter and writer, but also providing an inside view into the U.S. from his birth in 1915 to the publishing of the book in 1963. This limited edition is profusely illustrated with photographic reproductions of some of Time Magazine's covers. Tiny abrasion on third raised band, and minor scratch/rubbing on last one. Binding in overall very good, interior in fine condition.
