(1st edition, 1st printing) Large, sturdy book, black spine, yellow boards, bright gilt lettering on spine, dark green color inside covers and adjacent end papers, 408 pages including a glossy photo section and some small illustrations throughout. Final two pages are creased at their bottom tips, top tips creased on pages 17-19. DJ glossy with photos of chopper, blindfolded POW, and patrol on front, spine light green and dark blue, praise on back from Caspar Weinberger, Seymour Hersh and others. DJ and book, both Very Fine.
