[4], v-xix, [3], 3-669, [1], [6] (pages of publisher's advertisements) pp. Blue cloth with gold lettering blocked in red on the front board and spine; red topstain. Price of 95 cents on the front flap of the dust jacket. First printing as per Toledano. Very Good book with a slight lean and a few traces of wear to the boards, name written on the title page in a very attractive Near Fine dust jacket with a few hints of edge wear.
