New York: Moffat, Yard and Company, 1920. Cloth. Good/No Jacket. Good condition hardcover/ no DJ. Collectible 1920, 7th Edition (= printing?); 281pages, b/w photo frontis & text illus. Red cloth binding shows light rubbing, soil & edge wear; 1 small soft corner; some sunfade to spine; Seminole vocabulary in back. All black lettering on cover & spine intact & legible.Neatly penned owner name, dated 1926, inside front cover. Text clean & unmarked w/ light toning; Pages 136 & 137 have browned area, where old news clipping was inserted. All photos are present, tight & attached, EXCEPT for 1 at pg. 130- cleanly separated; photo at pg. 184 mostly separated- still attached by only 1 (also clean sep.). NO hinge splits, NOT ex library. INCLUDES contemporaneous news clipping (1920s), regarding roads encroaching on Seminole villages. Nice copy.
