Privately History and genealogy of he Dutch builders and owners of this 17th Century New Netherlands stone house that was already old when it was the capital of Revolutionary war New York. The British attacked this noble town in 1777 Unfortunately for the British terrorists the Dutch houses were made of Stone and are still there today with descendants of the original builders in many of them. The Senate House Survived and is now opened by New York State as a living museum First Capital of New York. NOT a library book.
