Some slight fading/rubbing to spine. Else cover clean and smart. Some minor tanning to endpapers. No previous owners inscriptions. Label to rear endpaper “Times Book Club,” with number stamp opposite 4.28. A couple of minor handling marks, else inside pages clean and tight. Else a very good clean and tight copy. xvi + 342pp. + 2pp adverts. With 40 B&W illustrations by Hugh Thomson.

The village has a by-pass now which means there is easy access to the village and ample space for parking. Our shop is directly on the main road through the village.
