Dent, 1111. First Everyman's Library edition of 1927, with an Introduction by George Saintsbury. 222pp, orange cloth covered boards with faded gilt flower ornament to the spine. Decorated endpapers and title pages. Previous owner's name very faintly to the front flyleaf, a short ink note to the back flyleaf, otherwise internally clean. Two complete works - Parson Yorick's journey through France, first published in 1768 and The Journal, largely lamenting his separation from Mrs Elizabeth Draper, which was not published in Sterne's lifetime. . Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
