About This Item

Bern: Alfred Scherz Verlag, 1958. Hardcover. 144p., profusely illustrated in color photography (strictly in color) printed recto facing verso texts, presswork on semi-glazed alkaline paperstock, all texts in the German language. Hardbound in 11x9 inch maroon cloth boards lettered and decorated in white. Lacks the jacket, but in nice square condition, with a touch of card-exposure at one lower corner-tip and a marginal nick to the rear free endsheet. The photography is very fine in composition, slightly less so in reproduction, in any event a great experience.
