Octavo, xv, 230pp. Three-quarter red morocco, red cloth boards, gilt trim. Four raised bands, title in gilt on spine. Top edge gilt, marbled endpapers. Finely bound by Birdsall of Northampton and London. Stated "Twenty-first Edition. February 1913" on copyright page. Previous ownership bookplate affixed to endpaper. Solid text block, light sunning to spine, bumped corners, a near fine example. The Seven Seas by Rudyard Kipling first appeared in 1896, published by Methuen & Company of London and D. Appleton & Company in New York. (Richards A92).
