Publisher's original blue cloth over boards, gilt lettering and decorations to spine and upper cover. Book Condition: quite worn, tears along spine, cloth showing thru to boards at corners, frazzled spine ends, hinge starting. An important work if you subscribe to the world view that everything can be explained pretty much by the phenomena of Phallic Worship, or, a cigar is never just a cigar.
