Copyright 1946, published by The Beechhurst Press (New York), printed in USA. 1st Edition, 1st printing with no subsequent printings listed. Dust jacket has $2.75 on the inside flap, is clipped on all four inside flaps, and has nicks, chips, and edge wear (particularly at the spine head and tail). Grey hardcovers show moderate wear such as bumped corners and edges, bumped spine head & tail, light spots, and nicks/scratches (especially the bottom edges). On the top edge of the covers and dust jacket, there are small yellow discolorations and spots/stains. The covers are bowed and taper at the foreedge, which is best seen by looking at the top edge. On the rear pastedown there is a small stamps of three initials, but there does not appear to be any writing in the text. Overall, the book is in Very Good condition.
