About This Item
Port Townsend, WA: Copper Canyon Press, 2008. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Near Fine. True first edition, first printing of this Pulitzer winning collection from Merwin, printed by Copper Canyon Press in 2008. Signed on the title page, and scarce thus. First printing stated, with number line down to 2, indicating first printing by this publisher's system. Book is fine and jacket nearly so, with a touch of light sun fading to a 1/4" strip of top edge, mainly visible on inside flaps. A truly beautiful example of a book scarcely found signed by the late American Poet Laureate.
