Published as an "Ace Double", bound tête-bêche in "two books in one" format, with the first edition of "One Got Away" by paperback king Harry Whittington (1915-1989). Foolscap 8vo (17cm). 185 + 135pp. Original pictorial wrappers, the Shady Lady design attributed to Harry Barton, the other to Robert Emil Schulz; some rubbing, light wear and minor creasing; short split at head; text somewhat tanned; a good copy. Ownership stamps of W. A. Farek, Jr. on inside front covers.
