London: Henry Frowde / Oxford University Press, 1909. First edition. Red cloth, top edge gilt, others untrimmed, white endpapers, pp. 83. 2000 copies were printed, at 2s. "Presentation Copy" blind stamped at fore-edge of title page. Text was originally written in 1905, but is here first published. Small circular stamp reading "Bibliotheca Peter Cheetham" and ink numeral on rear paste-down, lower corner tips bumped, head of spine a little frayed, spine slightly toned, else a very good copy. Colbeck: Vol. 2, p.805, #91.
