Hardcover edition with dust jacket, published by Knopf, 1989. This is a fourth printing copy. The first printing was published September, 1989, this fourth printing was published in December 1989. A short story and a novella, both of which won the O. Henry Award. 70 pages, green colored boards over purple cloth covered spine, with the author name and title imprinted in silver on the spine. The boards are flat, the corners are not creased or bumped. Edges of the text block are clean. No former ownership marks, no writing on the text pages. Binding is tight and square. Attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory.
