The portfolio has red marbled paper-covered boards and green cloth spine and corners. It contains a four page (folded) prospectus for the book, complete with order form. Also a printed, perhaps typed, list of 43 plates titled "Quaint Ships of Various Nations and Periods". 43 black & white photographic plates of ship models, printed on heavy card stock. Portfolio ties defective. Also laid-in is an early review of the book. 10.5" high X 7" wide. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.. Hard Cover. Very Good.
