Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1982. First edition.. Grey boards designed in gilt, white cloth spine lettered in gilt. Green end papers. A fine copy in a lightly worn dust jacket, some tiny tears at edges and some noticeable rubbing to the spine. Inscribed and signed from Kinsella on the half-title page, dated 1984. A collection of five stories, the first being "Shoeless Joe Jackson Comes to Iowa", which is rewritten from "Shoeless Joe Comes to Iowa" published in his earlier book of short stories [Oberon Press, Ottawa, 1980]. The movie version, "Field of Dreams", was released in 1989.
