The story of Sabrina Castro, a wealthy and attractive California wife, marries to a society physician who no longer offers fulfillment of her dreams. An accidental misstep leads her down a path of moral disintegration and personal drama. Written by Wallace Earle Stegner, an American novelist, writer, environmentalist, and historian who won the Pulitzer Prize in 1972 and the U.S. National Book Award in 1977. In the original quarter black cloth with blue paper covered boards. Externally, excellent. Original unclipped dust wrapper is very smart with minor wear to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Fine
