Large octavo (6-3/4" x 9-3/4") bound in black vellum-finish buckram and boards covered in imported marble paper. Copy #887 of 1500 designed and printed by Joseph Blumenthal at the Sprial Press and illustrated with 16 full-page colored line drawings and 16 small drawings by Edward Ardizzone. SIGNED by the designer and by the illustrator on the colophon page.
