First Edition. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. first edition book is tight with no markings, paper along hinge between title page and free blank page, pages are tanning, boards have some heavy rubbing and soiling, bottom board edges are frayed with cardboard showing, bumping to all corners with heavy rubbing.
