Garden City: The Crime Club, Inc. By Doubleday, Doran & Company, Inc., 1930. This is a Very Good copy of the First [American] Edition [stated]. It was published in England in the same year but with a different title, "The Clue of the Silver key" [Hubin, pp 420-422]. Black cloth binding with titling in orange on the spine and front cover. Clean text; 319 pages, along with a one-page Admonition to not reveal the plot. Tips are rubbed and there is a bit of a lean; top edge is dusty. The dustjacket is complete but it has significant edge wear, with a chip at the head of the spine and to the rear panel corners. In an archival plastic protector.. First American Edition.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
