Hardcover in red cloth stamped in black. 306 pp. Generally fine with two small spots of shelf wear to the top edge of the front cover. No jacket. A Reuben Argels perjures himself in a case against his partner and the result is the partner being sentenced to prison at Sing Sing. Over the years, Reuben amasses great wealth but lives in constant fear that the former partner will escape and wreak revenge.
