Alf Landon was a former governor of the State of Kansas and the Republican Nominee for President of the United States who lost to FDR in 1936. 385 pages, a preface and prophecy, 35 chapters and an afterword. This work address the question: " Why are some educators so prone to espouse radical and communistic theories?" There is some age toning inside the front and rear covers and on the book pages themselves. The book covers are brown with an orange area on the front cover and the book title and author name within the orange area in brown lettering. Volume itself is protected in a clear archival quality cover, easily removeable if desired. No apparent underlining, no highlighting, no bookplates, no remainder marks, no folded or dogeared pages, no smudges. Top of the pages have a light brown tinting. Light wear at the head and tail of the spine. All in all, a quite nice, author signed, highly collectible, copy, around a century old, available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box!
