Quarto (12 by 9 1/4 inches) stiff wrappers: 64 unnumbered pages illustrated with numerous vivid black and white lithographic views of business blocks, mills, various industries, office buildings, banks, homes, and other prominent landmarks; cover tinted in colors.
Good condition (minor chipping at edges, and along spine; light, old water stain extending from upper right corner of title page to middle of contents - but not affecting images, or descriptive text which are overall clean and intact).
A proud history, and a promotional for a growing Midwest community. Highlighting its accomplishments, and growth through its connection to the railroad, and its location on the Missouri River.
