San Francisco: John Howell, 1926. First edition. Quarto. x, 543, [1] pp. Illustrated. Publisher's blue cloth with gilt spine lettering. Frontispiece loose laid in (apparently never got bound into this copy). Historian John Caughey's copy with his bookplate (which, unfortunately, has has the majority of which torn out). Very clean in the original binding.
