West Nyack, N Y, USA: Parker Publishing company,Inc., 1981. DJ is well designed tan paper , with red & black printing, on the front. There are small tears, rubbing and chipping on the edges and corners. Cover is dark green cloth, with gold gilt printing on the front. There is minor wear to the edges and corners. Spine is dark green and gold gilt cloth , with gold gilt & green lettering. Cover, Pages and Binding are clean and tight.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good+. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
