Knopf, Inc. in 1991. This Edition of The Sistine Chapel is Limited to 2500 Copies, of Which This Is Number 2086. Hardcover, total 746 pages (371 pages for Volume I and 375 pages for Volume II), very big size books. The books are in like new condition, the book case was damaged - there are cracks on the case spine top and case spine bottom.

This book is in good condition. There is some wear on the front, back, spine, edges and corner of the cover. There is some dog-earring on the right corner pages of the book. The pages are white, crisp and clear of any markings. "This is a history of the visual arts produced in the geographical area that now constitutes the United States. Such a book is difficult to title. A History of United States Art sounds awkward and logically might even be construed to exclude the arts of the colonial period.
