[circa 1890].. 6 dessins de différents formats rehaussés de couleurs contrecollés sur un support en papier brun plus épais mais aussi plus fragile (déchirures et usures) 49,5 x 36 cm.L'atelier de marqueterie de Robert Macco (fondé à Paris en 1839) était installé à la Bergheimerstrasse 49 à Heidelberg. Il avait remporté deux médailles d'or à l'Exposition de Paris de 1900 et était l'exécutant de la plupart des travaux incrustés conçus par Josef Olbrich. Robert Macco est mentionné comme 'Moderne Intarsien' dans le catalogue de l'exposition de 1904 à la colonie d'artistes de Darmstadt et il est à nouveau mentionné dans le catalogue de la section allemande de l'exposition de Saint-Louis de 1904 comme exécuteur testamentaire d'Olbrich. Étiquettes avec la mention du nom de Robert Macco en haut de deux supports papier.

The current bookstore has its origins in the one that existed in the 80s in Redu, a small village in the Ardennes. It is there, in a charming manor house, Dirk Minet had his bookbinding workshop and his bookstore.
In the early 90s, he moved to Brussels and with the collaboration of his brother Bernard created a place even more conducive to the passion for old books that motivated them both. After seven years, Bernard leaves and Dirk alone presides over the destiny of the Minet-frères bookshop.
In April 1996 opening of the first website of the bookstore with the URL address http://www.librairie-minet-frères.
In June 1997, the site was completely renovated and changed address.
Today the books have found their setting in a splendid 19th century mansion.
