Book is in near very good condition. Pages (coated paper) are clean and unmarked. Binding is solid. The first two pages are loosening at top. Bottom inch of spine cloth is loose. "To Bessie from Alvin, Christmas 1936" appears on front free endpage. Illustrated with photos and maps. Scarce in the original edition. 4to. 189 pp. including an errata sheet bound in.
