Pink dust jacket has red monotone pictorial cover with red title on the cover and spine. Jacket is rubbed, lightly toned and has a sticker on the spine, which is sun-faded. DJ is wrapped in mylar and not price-clipped. Maroon cloth covered boards have blind-stamped design on the front and gilt-stamped title on the cover. Boards show very faint wear. This is number 224 of 350 numbered copies, signed by the subject and author, Satterthwait and Bulow. From the flap: "In Sleight of Hand, mystery maven Ernie Bulow
