This book isn't as popular as it should be. You don't look at someone who is 70+ years old and in better shape than most twenty year old's, whose written a book on health and exercise, and say, "Nah, I'm really not that interested." Stallone has been through it all– from novice, to king of movie physiques. He doesn't just tell you the basics, he delves into his own wisdom as well. This book is definitely an important part of my exercise collection, and a cornerstone of my fitness. I have only tiny discrepancies: 1. I don't think you need fancy clothes to go to the gym. 2. Stallone isn't huge on supplements, but he does mention a few. Use your common sense, and only take supplements if you absolutely have to. Those are just my personal opinions. Other than those tiny things– and they are tiny, just a few sentences each– the book is gold; I must've read it back and forth ten times. The man's Rocky. You might want to listen to what he has to say.
