Decorative paper boards with black quarter cloth, in brown cloth slipcase. Slipcase has a little rubbing on the bottom edge. An essay Mailer wrote after his infamous 1971 appearance on the Dick Cavett Show, in which he spars with Cavett and writers Gore Vidal and Janet Flanner.
