Minor wear to the corners and spine ends. Top edge of text block a bit dusty. Inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Dust wrapper has some edge wear and short tears. The spine is age-toned. Not price clipped but no price likely because it is a export copy. (to Canada from England) Black and white illustrations. Compliments slip from publisher laid-in. The story of a colt named Smoking Hoof who has been given to young Timmy to raise. As the American Revolution begins, Timmy and Smoking Hoof have a role to play. .
