New Haven: Limited Editions Club, 1930. Hardcover. Minor wear to spine tips and corners, lacking the uncommon dustwrapper. Still Near Fine in a close to Fine slipcase. Quarto (7-1/8" x 11-3/8") bound in quarter navy blue moire cloth stamped in silver with delicate marbled paper boards in shades of gray and blue. Imaginatively designed by Carl P. Rollins and printed by the Yale University Press. The fourth book of the press. Of a total edition of 1500 copies SIGNED by the designer on the colophon page, this is one of only 15 Presentation Copies with the publisher's blindstamp attesting to such on the colophon page where the printed number "257" is struck through and the initials "G.M." are handwritten. Acquired directly from the publisher's files, and most likely the publisher George Macy's very own copy.
