NY: Woman's Press, 1949. from the private library of Colorado author and poet Inez Hunt; a presentation copy given by the Poet Laureate of Colorado Nellie Burget Miller, (presumably to Mrs. Hunt, but not verified) and the inscription reads as follows: "With Congratulations / on your fine free-verse / poem. / The Poetry Fellowship / Presented by / Nellie Burget Miller / January 1 - 1952" .... Dr. Marion Cuthbert was a highly accomplished African-American poet and scholar - a former Dean of Women at Talladega College for Women, the first African-American appointed to the faculty of Brooklyn College, and associated with numerous other national religious and civic organizations.
