Paris: Galerie Spiess, 1980. Soft cover. Exhibition catalogue of 20 of the Jewish-French artist's (1885 - 1979) B&W gouaches from the 1920-1940 period. Delauncy was a co-founder of the Orphism art movement, noted for its use of strong colours and geometric shapes. Black card covers with silver type on front. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Catalogue in near fine + condition except for an unfortunate scissor cut to one leaf (page 3/4) removing about half of the page. Includes an estimate price list taped to back cover.
