G Napier & Co, Birmingham, and Tylston & Edwards Marsden, London. Printed at the press of the Birmingham Guild of Handicraft, 1895. Hardnack, full morocco. 22 x 18cm. [4], cliv, [1]. With decorations by Ernest G. Treglown, engraved on wood by Charles Carr.. Arts and Crafts style leather binding of full dark blue morocco. Spine with five raised bands, the compartments ruled, lettered and decorated in gilt. Single blind border with a single ruled gilt border on both board edges. Elaborate gilt and blind decorative centre panel to the boards, portrait oblong to the front, octagonal to the rear. Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Decorative endpapers. Turn-ins with double gilt ruled borders and floral corner pieces. A couple of small areas of damage to the leather on the inner boards and some minor fading to the spine. . Hard Cover. Very Good.
