Illustrated dustwrapper with red, white and blue coloured titles to the front panel and white coloured titles to the back strip. The author of "Gods, Mongrels and Demons ; 101 Brief but Essential Lives", Brings us this anthropological study of the British way of life. Offset tanning of front and rear end pages, with transfer to the fold over flaps, spotting and darkening of the edges of the pages. Internally clean. Rubbing of the dustwrapper edges and pages with,, a little creasing to the top edge. Sunning to the front panel with a a few marks also present. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
