First printing. 27 pp., 2 photogravure portrait plates from drawings of the poets in centrefold, 2 engravings in text, detailed programme for June 25 and 28, 1912, lyrics, lists of patrons, etc., 4to, softcover with colour ill. on front cover by A. Rosencrantz, 1912, stapled wraps with tissue overlay. VG copy with no serious flaws, very bright and clean, only lightly worn, centrefold has pulled from top staple. A lovely piece. Interesting list of patrons including V. Sackville West, Duchess of Argyll, The Prime Minister, The Lord High Chancellor, Colonel Theodore Roosevelt, Andrew Carnegie, Mrs. Waldorf Astor, Mrs. Leopold de Rothschild,
